Arizmendi is a worker owned, democratically operated cooperative business, specializing in morning pastries, artisan breads, gourmet pizza, and fresh soups & salads. With democracy, equality, and social responsibility as our guides, we strive to do what is best for the individual worker, for the group as a whole, and for the community we serve.
While we're enjoying the summer-ish time, we also made sure this month to bake our fruitcakes and snuggle them away in their cheesecloths. We'll be dousing them in brandy every so often, until they emerge from their long soak in time for the winter holidays.
